I believe many students will agree with me, especially those who hate studying. I am not entirely against hard work but somehow I have changed my mentality to the belief that nowadays hard work is not the only requirement for success. I believe in smart work rather than hard work. Organising your time properly, taking adequate rest and enjoy between the breaks is what I mean by smart work. Obviously smart work works even better when combined with hard work but I prefer smart work as it gives me satisfaction and also the desired result. Yes, if you want to improve yourself more, then there is no alternative to hard work, but for guys like me who are happy with themselves, its time to act smart and work smartly.

P.S. To all the young students: Dont stop studying…Study hard
